Joanna attended Fresno High and Fresno State and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She was a bilingual educator at various levels before real estate. Real estate is Joanna's third language, and she excels at guiding clients, whether sellers, buyers, or agents through the process.

In May 2009, Joanna, her partners, Bryan and Jennifer Martin, and brother Jared Martin opened Keller Williams Fresno. Joanna is the Team Leader/CEO. Her responsibilities are growth and running the company. The family partnership has been a great one. Together they own commercial real estate and multi-family properties in three states. Joanna was the founding President of the Women's Council Greater Fresno Chapter, has served in various positions on local club soccer boards, and has been a member of the International Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty International.

Joanna loves being a mom most. She and her husband Matt have 2 kids in college. Joanna is a reader and loves learning. She is not afraid to implement what she learns in order to help others succeed.
